Levelbrook collects information you provide when you create an account, use the product, or contact us. That includes account profile data (name, email, role), the records you upload about children and staff (including health and immunization information), and basic usage telemetry (IP address, browser, pages visited).
We use your information to provide the service, secure the platform, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
We rely on a small set of vetted vendors to operate the service: AWS (storage and email delivery), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (DNS and edge delivery), and Twilio (SMS notifications, when you enable them).
Records about children are uploaded by your center, in your role as the operator. We act as a data processor for that information — you control what is uploaded and you control deletion.
You can export your data, correct it, or request deletion at any time from inside the product or by emailing privacy@levelbrook.com.
